Vacation Rental Options in Seaside Florida Area and Scenic Hwy 30A in the Florida Panhandle

Love this condo, we have stayed twice. Immaculately clean, great location and very responsive owners. I want to highly recommend but I still want to keep it open for the dates that I want to visit again.

We were in unit 1, on the 1st floor. The parking lot is reserved for tenants and guests so it was easy to load and unload the car. The secured gate to the beach leads down just a few steps and you are on the sand! This area of the beach is one of the very least crowded and is very peaceful.

The unit has very easy access to the car parking and to the beach. It was spotless and very well equipped and nicely furnished. The balcony and the view is breathtaking, the pictures can’t do it justice. Everything worked as expected including the TVs and WiFi, although we were cautioned that service is very weather dependent. I wish I had brought my bluetooth speaker as I missed not having some music. While it is not actually ‘ADA compliant’, we chose this unit partially because of mobility issues.

Seagrove Beach felt more laid back and easier going than the more well known ‘beach’ areas. It was also less congested, but had everything we needed and wanted. If the beach is your primary destination, there is no better place than Seagrove, and in my opinion, no better condo to rent.

Had a wonderful week here! Such a beautiful quiet beach town! We loved everything about it! From the small town atmosphere to the amazing food everywhere we went!! Lynn and Jeanette were amazing to work with! We rented the chairs and umbrellas from the people they recommended and it was ready and waiting for us each morning! (Two mornings they forgot to put our info on it so we had to call but that was a simple fix). The condo was perfect for a week by the ocean :). The sunsets were amazing. And we saw all kinds of marine life from our deck! We’ve traveled to a lot of different beaches and resorts but seagrove captured our hearts! We will definitely be back! And will definitely book through Jeanette and Lynn!!!

My husband and I had a wonderful experience visiting Seaside, FL. The condo was exceptionally clean and well maintained. We were happy that the kitchen was fully equipped with all the neccesaary dishes and cooking utensils. The building is directly on the beach and offers easy access to surrounding restaurants, bars, and outdoor activities. We would highly recommend this property to any couple looking for a quiet, relaxed getaway.

We had a wonderful time staying in Leeward I! The condo is beautiful and exceeded our expectations. It is very clean, well-maintained, high end, and nicely decorated. The kitchen is very functional with granite counters and stainless appliances. The 10′ ceilings give an added feeling of spaciousness. It was fully stocked with everything we needed. The location is also perfect – beachfront, secluded, yet with easy access to restaurants and activities. The view up and down the beach from the living area is breathtaking. There is a nice balcony with table and chairs. We thoroughly enjoyed having breakfast and coffee there each morning and watching all the activity on the beach. The building is angled so that you can see both spectacular sunrises and sunsets from the balcony. The beach is gorgeous and is right next to Eastern Lake. The sand is soft, white, and powdery. Long beach walks in either direction were most enjoyable. I enjoyed exploring the area on my rental bike and was able to conveniently keep it on the building’s bike rack. There are many quaint neighborhoods and state parks close by for cyclists. As a golfer, I also enjoyed easy access to great golf courses. My favorite eating spots included The Perfect Pig, Chanticleer Eatery, and Blue Mountain Creamery. Lynn and Jeanette were a pleasure to work with. They were extremely responsive to all of my questions. They made the rental process go very smoothly. Leeward I is a fantastic place to vacation. We enjoyed our stay so much that we plan to return next year. Highly recommended!

We really did not want to leave. My husband and I spent the most relaxing trip we have ever taken to the beach at Leeward 1. The condo was beautifully decorated and the views of the beach were wonderful. We were so close to the water it was easy to just run in and out for whatever we needed or to just get our feet in the sand for a few minutes at a time. Great place to go for walks on the beach or just around the neighborhood. We spent 2 full days on the beach and shopped and went sightseeing (and of course eating) the rest of the time. We made daily trips to The Pop Stop for Artesian popcicles. They were addicitive! Our favorite place to eat was The Great Southern in Seaside. Just a perfect trip all around and we can’t wait to come back!!

What a wonderful time we had here! The condo was modern and well decorated. So close to the water and fantastic view from condo. The beach access was also very good. Beach clean. We would go back!

I felt safe. I had great neighbors. Everyone was very nice and helpful. The condo was modern, clean, spacious, with the best view in the world. It was a perfect location and beach yet easily accessible.

Condo very accommodating.

We stayed in Leeward I unit #9 for the first time and were really impressed. The unit is kept in like new condition. Tall ceilings, windows, and balcony doors provide an open airy feeling and an inviting view of the beautiful Gulf. The condo building is taller than the adjacent buildings which allows light in from the side windows for unit #9, adding to the open feeling. The owners are great to work with and operate their condo in a professional and caring manner. We loved staying here!

The tall ceilings and balcony doors in this condo give a wide, beautiful view of the ocean and beach. We enjoyed relaxing on the balcony and admiring the scenery. The private beach and the surrounding area were very quiet and peaceful. The sunset on this beach was absolutely gorgeous! Aside from the beach, we also enjoyed biking on 30A and visiting nearby towns and stores. It was nice having a bike rack available in the parking lot. Everything inside the condo worked great and the fully-functional kitchen was very much appreciated. All the rooms are kept very clean and comfortable. It was a pleasure working with the owners, they took care of everything and were very helpful. We loved staying here and plan on returning again!

This 1 bedroom 1 bath is absolutely perfect for a quiet getaway for 2. Amenities in unit are top of the line and everything from linens to appliances are brand new ! From door to beach is literally less than 20 steps with another 20 steps to water !!! This place is quiet, beautiful and we will definitely be returning next fall !!! Also, you are less than 10 minutes from beautiful Seaside, 25 minutes from Sandestin & 25 minutes from Panama City Beach. Restaurants are in abundance along with plenty of quaint shoppes and other shopping. All in all fantastic trip that all started with wonderful first class unit .

We were so happy with the condo! It was perfect: all amenities, nicely decorated, very comfortable! And, it is right on the beach with dunes in front! The beach view is amazing! We will be back regularly!
