This second floor west corner unit features granite counter tops and stainless appliances in the beautifully designed kitchen.  The unit has one flight of steps from the parking lot into the unit.  The building is built on pilings so the beach side is approximately 10 feet off the sand making this unit equivalent to a 3rd floor unit from the beach side .  There are around 8 stairs down to the beach and sand once you go thru the gated beach access.  Leeward I features 10′ ceiling through out the units making the unit seem open and airy with a luxury beach feel.  The condo is 670 sq ft.  There is 1 full bath that can be accessed from either the hall or the bedroom.  Unit has 1 parking space.  There is a bike rack for your bikes, private gated beach access and outdoor shower for the complex’s 9 units. There is also an outdoor grill.   This a a low traffic quiet complex.

Leeward I a NO SMOKING complex. If you are a smoker, please choose a different property. HOA does not allow smoking in the unit, on balcony or any area on the property including the parking lot.

Leeward I is located on a quiet low traffic dead end road south of 30A,  It is 3 blocks south of the 30A bike path and just 3 buildings down from one of the rare Coastal Dune Lakes, Eastern Lake.  Seaside is a short car ride or 2 mile bike ride away where you can shop at the Farmers Market starting at 9 am on Saturday mornings at the Seaside Amphitheater year round. You can select your pick of fresh produce and other unique offers. Nothing better than fresh vegetables go to with fresh seafood that can be purchased 1/2 mile from the condo at the Goatfeather’s Seafood Market on 30A for a night of dining in. Dinner on the balcony is both beautiful and peaceful while watching the waves roll in and the sun set.  Publix Grocery is 3 miles from the condo and there are many restaurants in the area.
